All of our high-performance custom crankshafts are made from 4340 Chro-Moly material which is made in China ,all the crankshafts can be made as specific specifications and requirements. 

At present , we make 4340 forged and billet 4 cylinder crankshafts, 6 cylinder crankshafts, 8 cylinder crankshafts .

The production process of a billet crankshaft is different from a 4340 forged crankshaft. Compared to a forged crankshafts shaped with presses and dies, billet crankshafts are machined from a round bar of high-strength steel alloy. That is a lot of machining and wear on equipment and tools , this means more time and cost need to be involved in it . 

This easily explains why there is a price and MOQ differences on the billet crankshafts and forged crankshafts .
